Read and Sign Customer Agreement
Each account applicant is required to complete an FXDD Customer Agreement, Risk Disclosure and Trading Policy Documents.
Non U.S. Citizens: Complete Required IRS Form
Complete and submit a W8BEN form if you are a non-US citizen, resident, or legal entity.
Provide Required Identification
To comply with US Patriots Act, FXDD asks all customers who have account trading privileges to submit a legible digital image or photocopy of two (2) forms of identification for US and non-US accounts.
If required: Acceptable identification forms for US Citizens (2 forms required):
- Copy of a valid driver’s license;
- Copy of a valid passport;
- Copy of a valid credit card; or
- Copy of a state-issued picture ID.

- Copy of a valid passport; or
- Copy of a valid credit card.
For assuring legibility, digital pictures are the best way to transmit ID’s via fax.
